Raw, local honey.
As close to the hive as you can get without getting stung
With over 30 hives scattered throughout St. Johns County, we have a wide variety of honey types each with a distinct flavor attributed to the unique area where they were sourced.
Consuming honey collected in the area where you live has been attributed to helping treat seasonal allergies. Bees collect pollen from the local flowering plants that cause allergies, so by consuming the honey they produce your body can generate a natural immunity to the seasonal sniffles.
We extract our honey directly from the honeycomb using a centrifuge. We then filter it to remove any beeswax or organic matter, but allowing the pollen and propolis to pass through for added nutritional benefit. The honey is never heated during a pasteurization process, making it 100% raw honey.
Raw honey is a nutritional powerhouse. It is packed with vitamins, antioxidants and phytonutrients that help your body’s cells as they age. Additionally, raw honey is a natural cough suppressant which can help ease sore throats associated with the common cold or seasonal allergies.
