Shipping and Returns

 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges.

Bee Hill Farm does not honor returns on any honey products, apothecary items, beeswax wraps or gift cards. Candles and comb honey are eligible for return, within 30 days of purchase, if damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase that is dated within 30 days of purchase. 

Return shipping to our location for any return will be paid by you and you will not be reimbursed for this cost.

Refunds. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your item is eligible for a refund.
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Exchanges.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during the shipping process. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Beehillfarmfl@gmail.com and send your item to Bee Hill Farm 73 Valencia Street St. Augustine 32084, United States.


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bee Hill Farm 73 Valencia Street St. Augustine 32084, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Local Delivery

Local delivery is only available for eligible zip codes: 32080, 32084, 32085, and 32086, after 2pm on Thursdays. Orders must be placed the Wednesday before, before 5 pm EST.
