About Ruby:
Ruby is a St. Augustine native who has practiced yoga for over a decade and has been a certified yoga instructor since 2016. Her classes are creative and intentional, designed to help you feel grounded in your body and connected to the earth — she hopes you leave feeling more rooted, with a deeper understanding of your body and greater curiosity about all that it is capable of.
A lifelong student and lover of exploration, Ruby enjoys traveling near and far and spending time outdoors with her husband and their pups.
